Ramson Automatic filter 41-03 - an evident choice for barrier water filters, hydro power plants.

A robust solution
Automatic - Self cleaning - Reliable - Economic

Ramson automatic filter 41-03 (Baby) is a given choice when you think a strainer filter needs to much attention. Self cleaning will start when clogged. The back wash will start at a given differential pressure and use system pressure. The automatic cleaning results in short pay back time when compared to man hours used to check and clean the strainers.

Persons working with fluid mechanics are well aware of the benefits with a continuous process as starts and stops may cause process variatons.  .

Ramson 41-03 has been found to be a reliable and economic solution for barrier water filters in hydro power plants. The plain bearing for the turbine shaft, between the river and the plant, has a bearing "water membrane" of about 100-200 microns (0.1-0.2 mm). The water hat is pressed in to the bearing thus must have the corresponding cleanliness. This is secured with a Ramson 41-03.
