Filter Systems - Active Carbon, Ion Exhangers

The working principle for active carbon filters are physical and chemical adsorption. The filter is cleaned by back flushing and automation of the cleaning sequence is standard. A pre particle filter is recommended (10-50 microns) to get good service life of the active carbon.

The picture to the right shows a test set up with a Ramson 31-01 cartridge filter followed by the active carbon filter.
